Renew your regular nodes. Test nodes run on the current period.

Auto-renewal is configured separately for each Gateway and Connector, which attempts renewal in advance using the linked balance or authorized Stripe payment method. If renewal is disabled, the current paid period continues.

Learn about node subscriptions

Regular and test nodes, scheduled separately.

For a Gateway or Connector that your business still needs, you can enable auto-renewal. When a test node is no longer needed for now, disable its renewal and the current paid period will end as scheduled.

The setting applies only to the selected node; renewal settings and Relay configurations for other nodes are retained. Disabling renewal does not destroy resources or shorten a paid service period.

Get reminded before expiry, with an early renewal attempt.

See when this period ends, and the next one takes over.

The node and subscription pages show the current period and expiry time. Monthly renewal continues from the end of the original period and schedules the next period according to the original monthly cycle.

Reminders and attempts each have their own timing.

For a subscription with auto-renewal enabled, a reminder is sent twenty-four hours before expiry, and renewal attempts begin sixteen hours before expiry.

Balance or Stripe, following your subscription.

Use the account balance linked to this subscription or an authorized and available Stripe payment method. Renewing a node subscription does not replace the provider’s rental arrangements for a customer-provided server.

Whether renewal succeeded — check the processing result.

Subscription records retain renewal progress and results. If the balance is insufficient or there is a problem with the payment authorization, the reason for failure is displayed; after topping up the balance or updating the authorization, continue to check the renewal result.

If you need to continue using the service, you can turn on eligible automatic renewal again and confirm that the associated payment method is available. Resources and connections that are not successfully renewed may stop after expiration.

Frequently asked questions.

Will turning off automatic renewal immediately delete the node?

No. The current paid period remains valid. Deleting or destroying resources is a separate action; turning off renewal does not immediately delete the node or cloud server.

If I turn it off for only one node, will it affect other subscriptions?

No. The setting applies only to the selected Gateway or Connector; other nodes keep their own renewal arrangements.

Is automatic renewal guaranteed to succeed?

No, it is not guaranteed. It uses the balance associated with the subscription or an authorized and available Stripe payment method; if the balance is insufficient, or the payment authorization or processing fails, you must check the result and take action. Only after renewal is complete should you confirm the new service period.
