1. Who this applies to

This policy applies to the use of the AXVIA website, customer console and network resources by customers, team members and other authorized users. Customers must communicate these requirements to their members and manage the accounts, devices, Agents and bring-your-own resources they authorize. This policy applies together with the Terms of Use and the relevant transaction documents.

2. Lawful and authorized use

Use your authorized accounts, resources, configurations and target networks only for lawful purposes, in compliance with applicable laws, relevant transaction agreements, supplier rules and third-party rights. Establishing a connection does not grant access rights to the target system. You must not impersonate others, provide false company information, use stolen credentials or assist others in doing so.

3. Unauthorized access and attacks

You must not access, probe or scan unauthorized systems, guess, steal or collect the credentials of others, bypass their access controls, intercept their communications or tamper with data. You must not use the resources to spread malware, carry out denial-of-service attacks or disrupt the operation of other customers, suppliers or target systems.

4. Authorized security testing

You may conduct lawful testing on systems you own or are explicitly authorized to test. Testing must be limited in target, scope and time, and you must obtain the necessary authorization from the owners of the systems involved. Testing must not affect unauthorized systems or the services of other customers; if you discover effects beyond the authorized scope, you must stop the activity and address the impact.

5. Fraud, phishing and spam

You must not use the service to commit fraud, phishing, identity impersonation, credential trading, spam or unsolicited mass communications, nor provide accounts, devices, proxies or forwarding resources for such activities. You must not conceal or assist third parties in abusing the resources you manage.

6. Content and third-party rights

You must not use the service to create, store or distribute content prohibited by applicable law, including content involving the sexual exploitation of minors. You must not infringe the privacy, trade secrets, intellectual property or other lawful rights of others. When processing business data, providing content externally or accessing third-party services, you must have the appropriate authority and comply with the relevant conditions.

7. Authentication, metering and management rules

You must not bypass authentication, source admission, member permissions, rate limits, metering or resource limits; you must not falsify Agent identity, node reports, usage or audit information. You must not intentionally undermine the services and security rules managed by the platform or exploit vulnerabilities to obtain unauthorized resources. When performing routine maintenance on your own servers, avoid overwriting configurations required by enabled services in a way that disrupts connections.

8. Account and configuration protection

Protect login methods, device profiles, subscription links, private keys and proxy credentials, and provide them only to authorized personnel. If a device is lost, a member leaves or credentials are leaked, promptly disable the relevant permissions and revoke or rotate the credentials according to their type. Each device profile and its copies use the same connection identity; once the profile is revoked, its copies also become invalid.

9. Bring Your Own Server and Proxy

When using BYOG, BYOC or BYOP, you must have the right to manage the servers, addresses and proxies provided, and comply with the applicable supplier's usage rules. Maintain the server system, SSH access, network and proxy quota, reasonably limit the scope of access, and prevent unauthorized persons from using these resources. If you discover that your own resources have been compromised or used for abuse, stop the relevant connections, address the risk and contact support.

10. Risk handling, notification and recovery

After receiving a complaint or identifying a risk, AXVIA may investigate the situation, request necessary explanations and, based on the facts and applicable requirements, take restrictions proportionate to the risk. For ongoing abuse, network harm, serious security risks or legally binding orders, AXVIA may immediately restrict the affected accounts, sources or resources; where legal and security conditions permit, it will explain the reasons and the corrective measures. Users may request a review; AXVIA will examine the relevant evidence and restore the affected services when the risk is resolved, the necessary corrections are completed and legal and supplier conditions permit. Investigations and record handling follow the Privacy Policy, and service suspension, termination and fee settlement are also subject to the Terms of Use.

11. Reporting and review

Customers can submit abuse reports or request a review through Help & Support in the console. Please provide the relevant resources, time of the incident, any necessary screenshots or records, and describe the measures already taken; do not attach passwords, private keys or personal information unrelated to the issue. If you believe the restriction resulted from a configuration error or a misjudged source, you may explain this in the ticket. We will handle the matter based on the facts and applicable requirements; legal notices should be sent to [email protected].

12. Updates and related documents

This policy applies together with the Terms of Use and any applicable order; the order of precedence for enterprise transaction documents is set out in the Terms of Use. When updates are made, AXVIA will publish the applicable date and provide reasonable notice of material changes, obtaining any necessary acceptance or consent as required by applicable law. For legal and privacy matters, contact [email protected]; to report abuse or request a review, submit a request through Help and Support in the customer console.
